I'm sitting here drinking Hank's Gourmet Black Cherry Soda thinking about all the cool things going on in my life right now. Obviously the biggest one is being engaged (to the most wonderful man in the world) and wedding planning, but also the little things like henna tattoos and how much I'm enjoying my writing classes.
I screwed up a writing assignment today and I can't really take it back. I actually didn't screw it up but I wish I could change just one more thing.
I have a long list of things to do concerning homework. But I continue to sit here sipping on my soda, thinking about Thomas and thanking God for the wonderful blessing it is to enjoy my schoolwork.
I know that this semester will not be easy, and neither will the next, but God will carry me through them and I will live. Hopefully throughout that I will be living for Him.
I feel like this is a really nice evening, if only we were having something other than beef stew for dinner because that is my least favorite meal in the world. Surprisingly enough, I know, who doesn't like beef stew? Me.
Best part of all, I'll see Thomas tonight and whether we do homework, clean, cook, or just sit there we will have a good time, like always.
You know what's extra good on an evening like this? Receiving good news from a friend! My friend Amanda (who is one of my very wonderful bridesmaids) resigned from her manager position with the basketball team at her school, and has decided to start pursuing the Disney College Internship Program! I am very happy for her and wish her all the luck in the world. This girl seriously needs to get on some Disney movie making team and make little kids dreams come true.
