Car Crashes

My friends got in a car accident tonight. This has never happened to me. We were driving at 10:30 at night to go bowling and we pass by a car that has been flipped over completely. Strange thing is, the car looked familiar but we passed by anyways. So we call our friends who were driving in the similar looking car and it was them. We drove back to the scene and our friends are just standing there crying. Luckily none of them were hurt. It's funny, because all I ever hear about from some people is "Oh, my friend just got in a car accident." but tonight it was my turn. I'm really glad they're all okay, but I know that tomorrow they will be shaken. I almost rode in the car with them. It's crazy to think about what they must have been thinking when the car was flipped and skidding down the road. One of them said she kept on saying Jesus. When we were standing in a persons driveway waiting for the police to come, and the wreckers to get there, I saw a sign on the front door that said, "God is Love." and seeing that sign I knew that there is no doubt that God saved them. Even if it weren't for that sign on the door, I know that would be true. But it being there was a certain comfort for me. God is so powerful, and so gracious. I am so glad that He has kept my life safe, and hasn't let any harm come to me. He is a good God.
